Bunny Return/Shipping Policy
Returns
All returns MUST have prior approval and an Authorization Number.
NO merchandise is accepted without an Authorization number. Returns
are for defective item or part only. Upon receipt of your order,
please inspect for defects. If a defect is discovered, please
email for a package
return label. Returns will NOT be accepted on personalized items.
Shipping
Shipping will be via UPS. Please allow 7-14 days for shipping.
Shipping time will depend on the availability of fabric. Allow an
additional 3-4 days for personalization.
